How to Start a Return
- Submit a request by clicking the button below
- Receive return authorization with the return address and a shipping label
- Ship it back
- Receive refund or replacement. Once the return package is received, your refund will be issued or we will send the replacement
- NOTE: Our refund does not cover installation cost, labor cost, diagnostics tracking service, or any other expense unrelated to the products.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new condition within 30 days of your purchase (COLANAT Elite Club members have up to 45 days from the date of purchase).

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition with all tags and packaging fully intact, including the original packaging box and any related accessories.

Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them

Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Receipt or proof of purchase is required

30 days for standard customers, 45 days for Elite Club members
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for the same product in a different color, size, or specification. If you would like to exchange your item:
- Submit an exchange request using the form below
- Specify the product you wish to receive in exchange
- Ship the original item back to us
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement
Note: If the replacement item has a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been installed or used
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.

How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 1-2 business days to inspect the item and process your refund. After that, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Can I return a product if I've opened the packaging?
Yes, as long as the product itself is unused and in new condition with all original packaging materials included.
What if my car floor mats don't fit my vehicle?
If the mats don't fit due to an error on our part (wrong product sent or incorrect fitment information), we will provide a free return label and send the correct product. If you ordered the wrong size or model, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you offer exchanges for different products?
We primarily offer exchanges for the same product in different specifications. If you'd like a completely different product, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order.
